One Heart to Another provides gifts and necessities to youth and families in need every year during the Holiday Season. In 2017 and 2018, One Heart to Another provided gifts and necessities for 70 people. In 2016, One Heart to Another provided gifts, necessities and groceries to 5 families and a young rape victim. 

Once a month, One Heart to Another hosts a Girls Night at a low-income housing complex in the South Bay area. One Heart to Another high school girls play games, mentor, and teach lessons about self-love and gratitude to at-risk girls.

Opened in January 2017, Cooper's Closet is a free "community closet" on campus for all students. It is run by One Heart to Another's youth board. Cooper's closet is filled with clothing, formal dresses, hygiene products, backpacks, shoes, purses, and accessories! Clothing or other donations can be dropped off in the CHS main office.

Initially started by Unspoken Works, One Heart to Another puts together hygiene bags in nice nylon bags for youth in foster care. Bags are filled with items such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, and toothbrushes.

One Heart to Another handmakes fleece blankets to give to La Isla Pacifica Shelter for Women and Children and youth/foster care.
